Betsy has built and maintained unparalleled relationships with our clients throughout the years. She is proficient in all areas of the firm's practice but her responsibilities are focused around estate planning, probate, litigation, criminal defense and real estate. Betsy is a Notary Public.

Betsy resides in Rockford with her husband, Roger. She is a proud mom of two sons – Alex, who is a Pilot in the U.S. Navy and Evan who is the Head Golf Professional at a West Michigan Country Club. Betsy is an avid dog lover, especially of her two golden retrievers. She enjoys spending time with her grandson (or bragging about him), running, traveling to Anna Maria Island, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors.

We are open for business but our lobby is closed and the office is not going to be fully staffed, in order to allow our employees to work from home and in order to comply with Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order. This does not affect 90% of what we do for our clients.

Certain things do need to be done in person – most notably the signing of documents that require witnesses and/or notaries. Most of these matters fit within the exceptions to the stay-home order, and we are still able to perform these services.

Consequently, if you are at all nervous about waiting to sign a deed, Will, Trust, or the like, we can still help you. If you wish, we can even handle it through glass in a sanitized contact-free setting.
